The claim of the construction company was worth nearly EURO 10 (ten) million and it consisted from a complex arbitration case that lasted more than 3 years and a half.

The construction company tried to set aside the arbitral decision.
The Bucharest Court of Appeal confirmed Sora & Associates arguments and denied the request of the construction company.
