Laura Alexandra LAZAR joined SORA & ASOCIATII’s team right after she was admitted in the Bucharest Bar Association.

Laura has an outstanding attention to detail combined with an elegant way of doing things which makes her the right type of lawyer for any client no matter the problem raised.

She specializes in Public Procurement, Data Privacy (GDPR), Corporate, Commercial Law and Labor Law, related to the Corporate Law.

As part of her commitment to the Public Procurement area, she already participated in high value cases in front of National  Council for Solving Complaints (Romanian: Consiliul National de Solutionare a Contestatiilor).

She is a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) of Law Faculty from University of Bucharest. She also holds a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M.) in Business Law from the same prestigious university.

She speaks English, French and Romanian.
