Diana Carmen KUN joined the Sora & Asociatii team after working as an associate lawyer in several  law firms in the field of civil and commercial law. Consequently, Diana Carmen KUN outlined her experience mainly in the field of civil and commercial law, contracts, GDPR, enforcement, public procurement and real estate law.

Diana Carmen KUN has relevant experience in the field of litigation and arbitration related to the areas mentioned above.

Diana Carmen KUN is a lawyer dedicated to the profession, passionate about every case approached and extremely determined in obtaining the result she is looking for.

She has experience in contractual negotiations in the real estate field, but also in the field of reaching agreements between the associates of a current or future commercial company. These experiences bring her close to the specialized field of registrations at the trade register, but also to the land book, together with all the litigious procedure related to these fields.

Diana Carmen KUN also worked in the field of family law where she dedicated herself to defending the rights of minors, mainly, but also to protect the rights of any of the spouses in relations inside and outside marriage.

EDUCATION

She has a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B.)  – Law Faculty from University of Bucharest and also a Master of Laws (LL.M) in the field of Criminal Sciences from the same institution.

She is a member of the Romanian Bar Association.
