Andrei Bodescu is with the firm from the very beginning of his legal career which started with an internship. Now he is our newest Partner who gives a great  contribution to our ongoing endeavors to rise up to our client´s needs and expectations.

He has the knowledge that you expect from a law veteran mixed with the energy and creativity that you need to boost up your business in the conditions of an intertwined law and technical environment.

He knows how to translate law in pure and knowledgeable information that you must use in order to steer your activity in the labyrinth of the Romanian legislation environment.

Andrei Bodescu is specialized in Financial, Banking, Insurance and Capital Markets legislation, having obtained a Legal Masters Degree.

Further on another specialization of Andrei was gained on the field of Arbitration and Construction Law, Energy Law, Companies Law and Trademarks.

His academic background includes a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B.) and a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M.) in Financial, Banking and Insurance Law, both from Nicolae Titulescu University from Bucharest.

He speaks fluent English, French and Romanian.
