Andrei Bodescu has been part of Sora & Asociații since the very beginning of his legal career, starting as an intern and developing professionally within the firm to become one of the firm’s Partners. He plays a key role in coordinating complex projects, transactions and legal strategies, particularly in areas such as M&A, real estate, administrative law, public procurement and competition law.

He is involved in some of the firm’s most complex projects and transactions and is responsible for coordinating legal teams in matters involving corporate transactions, real estate developments, public procurement procedures and administrative litigation.
